Please read carefully. These policies are designed to protect both your experience and our service standards.
By booking a service with Sundew, you agree to the following:
Scheduling + Cancellations
All services are by private appointment only.
Cancellations or changes must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Session Prep
You are expected to follow Sundew’s prep instructions prior to your appointment. Improper prep (such as lotion, deodorant, or shaving too close to the appointment) can affect your results. All services are final and non-refundable once rendered.
Results Disclaimer
Every skin type reacts differently. Results may vary based on skin condition, medications, hormones, and aftercare. We do not guarantee identical outcomes across clients.
Environment & Setup
As a mobile service, Sundew requires a clean, safe, well-lit space with enough room to set up a tanning tent.
Please ensure surfaces are protected if needed. Sundew is not liable for any cosmetic transfer or damage to furniture, walls, flooring, bedding, or clothing.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be abbreviated or rescheduled at full charge.
Children & Pets
For safety and sanitation, please keep pets and small children away from the tanning setup during your appointment.
Memberships
Members of The Sundew Society receive four concierge tanning sessions per month. Membership renews automatically. To pause or cancel, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next renewal date.
