Waiver of Liability

By booking a Sundew spray tanning service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that you are voluntarily receiving a cosmetic service using DHA (dihydroxyacetone).

• You understand that spray tans do not provide UV protection.

• You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, and skin conditions.

• You agree to release Sundew and its artists from responsibility for any allergic reaction, uneven development, staining, or fading due to skin type, prep, or product use.

• You agree that Sundew is not liable for any damage to clothing, carpet, walls, bedding, or furnishings that may occur during or after the service.

• You accept all risks associated with spray tanning in a home or mobile setting.

• You agree to follow all prep and aftercare instructions to the best of your ability.

By proceeding with a booking, you accept these terms and agree to release liability.
